After dropping his surprising Two Piece project last month featuring both AKA and Cassper Nyovest, K.O quickly began to work on the music videos to the songs. Earlier in the week, he said he was ready to drop the first music video for Waya Waya featuring Cassper Nyovest and lo and behold fans woke up to its release this morning.
As we have all come to know, K.O reps the hood to the fullest and it has always been evident in his music videos, visuals for songs like Caracara and most recently Swagganova are just but a few examples of this fact. This colourful visual does not sway far from that reality as it sees both rappers roaming around the hood, eventually finding themselves partying it up in a shack. The visual quality cannot be ignored as it is nothing short of exceptional. I especially love how the song is a very kwaito influenced jam and they did not stray from that in the visual, it was recorded in the hood, the kasi influenced fashion is evident. Shoutout to the Skhanda god for another dope visual, check it out.
